SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All clothing orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs clearance.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed clothing items with tags still attached and in original packaging.

Worn, washed, or damaged items
Final sale or clearance items
Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Customised or personalised apparel
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at contact@casperscultclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label if your return is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.
